Ward' As mentioned in my July 28, 2005 memo to council, the chiller, air handler, boiler, etc.
JOHN A. upgrade identified by Johnson Controls and Gilmore & Doyle, the engineer on the
KINCAID project, was divided in two phases. Phase I is nearing completion.

RON With the approval of the bond sale for the facility at the August 16, 2005 council
WEEPER meeting, I am requesting moving forward with Phase II so we can have substantial
