RESOLUTION NO. 2006-429
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER MECHANICAL UPGRADE, PHASE
II .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Five Sullivan
Brothers Convention Center Mechanical Upgrade, Phase II, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center
Mechanical Upgrade, Phase II, which were preliminarily approved
on April 24, 2006, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 22,
2006 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center
Mechanical Upgrade, Phase II, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be,
and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of May, 2006.
