RESOLUTION NO. 2006-344
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER MECHANICAL UPGRADE - PHASE
II .
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. , for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Mechanical
Upgrade - Phase II, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April, 2006.
