RESOLUTION NO. 2007-282
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY JOHNSON CONTROLS INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA FOR ENERGY UPGRADE AT FIVE SULLIVAN
BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER AND ACCEPTING THE
WORK.
WHEREAS, Johnson Controls Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $309, 904 . 00 in
connection with Energy Upgrade at Five Sullivan Brothers
Convention center, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Substantial Completion and Recommendation
of Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 2007 .
