RESOLUTION NO. 2006-476
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM JOHNSON
CONTROLS, INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, FOR THE
FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER
MECHANICAL UPGRADE, PHASE II, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Johnson Controls, Inc. of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, for the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Mechanical
Upgrade, Phase II, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as
of the 5th day of June, 2006, together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by Safeco
Insurance Company of America of Seattle, Washington, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2006.
