Ward 4 In September 2005 the Finance Committee approved a $15,270.00 painting
RON contract with Michael Paint to refinish many areas of the Five Sullivan Brothers
WELPER Convention Center. Rooms 10-13 had many surface problems that needed
Ward 5 repairing before painting. The walls around the room partitions had been
structurally damaged over the years. These were repaired. The acoustical panels

with the acoustical fabric.
