RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO SABRE,
INC. OF MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, FOR AIR
SERVICE CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR WATERLOO
AIRPORT, AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $100, 000. 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Sabre, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota, at a
cost not to exceed $100, 000 . 00, for Air Service Consultant
Services for Waterloo Airport, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
hearing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 2004 .
