You are directed to make the following changes in the contract documents. Description:
Increase contract amount$91,025.09 from $307,615.91 to 398,641.00
Reason for Change Order:
The USDOT grant is for$550,000 of eligible air service development marketing efforts.
In our grant proposal, we identified the $550,000 to be used for the following:
$300,000 for air service marketing
$100,000 for administrative (consulting) services
$150,000 for airline revenue guarantee contract
We have expended our air service marketing and consulting funds. In working with
Northwest Airlines, we will not have a use for airline revenue guarantee funds. We have
asked for and received approval from USDOT to use the remaining $150,000 of airline
revenue guarantee funds for additional air service marketing and consulting services.
Contract Price:
Original: $300,000.00
Previous Add: $ 7,615.91
Change Order#1: $ 91,025.09
Contract Price with all
Change Orders: $398,641.00
It is agreed by the Contractor that this Change Order is for the purpose of increasing the
original contract and previous add price. Other than the dollar value listed above,there
shall be no further time or dollar compensation as a result of this Change Order.
THIS DOCUMENT SHALL BECOME AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT
AND ALL STIPULATIONS AND COVENANTS OF THE CONTRACT SHALL
APPLY HERETO.
