Livingston Aviation Roof Replacement
We are requesting approval of change order #1 (Final) for Livingston Aviation Roof
Replacement project in the amount of $2,512.00 to Giese Roofing for removing and
replacing two vent stacks and for tapered crickets between drains. Giese was awarded
the original work and identified the discrepancy.
Council approved $85,984.00 on August 17, 2009 for the roof replacement at Livingston
Aviation due to the July stoiiii. That award did not include this proposed work as it was
overlooked.
This proposed work is needed to restore the roof to "as was" condition before the stotiu.
This has been reviewed and approved by our State of Iowa FEMA officials for
reimbursement.
This change order will be funded by our property insurance and FEMA.
