RESOLUTION NO. 2005-665
RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO
SERVICE ROOFING COMPANY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR REPLACEMENT OF HANGAR ROOF AND DOOR SEALS
AT WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $96, 304 . 47 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Service Roofing Company of Waterloo, Iowa, in
the amount of $96, 304 . 47, for the construction of the Replacement
of Hangar Roof and Door Seals at Waterloo Regional Airport,
described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by
this Council for said project, after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2005.
