RESOLUTION NO. 2005-362
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH SERVICE
ROOFING COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract dated April 25, 2005 for Replacement of Hangar
Roof and Door Seals at Waterloo Regional Airport at a cost of
$41, 937 . 53, by and between Service Roofing Company of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 2005 .
