RESOLUTION NO. 2005-315
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE REPLACEMENT OF HANGAR ROOF
AND DOOR SEALS AT WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
Replacement of Hangar Roof and Door Seals at Waterloo Regional
Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the Replacement of
Hangar Roof and Door Seals at Waterloo Regional Airport, which
were preliminarily approved on April 4, 2005, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April
18, 2005, and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Replacement of Hangar Roof and
Door Seals at Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of April, 2005 .
