We hereby propose to furnish all the materials, equipment and perform all labor for the completion of:
removal &disposal of acm materials in the southr1/2 of the building(flooring & roofing) located
at 103-107 E 12th Street(where the bee nest were
located) $6,300.00
Advanced Technologies then would charge $600.per day to have a competent person on site to
monitor the demolition of the north roof that is falling to the ground.
Proposal Includes: (1) OSHA A required personal &excursion air monitoring, (2) work performed
in accordance with state&federal regulations
