RESOLUTION NO. 2005-959
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH ADVANCED
TECHNOLOGIES, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated October 24, 2005, in the amount of
$12, 360 . 00, plus $600 . 00 per day, in conjunction with Riverfront
Development Project Asbestos Removal, Contract No. 123-AR-10-17-
05 EDA, by and between Advanced Technologies, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of October, 2005.
