The Community Development Board is soliciting bids for the removal of asbestos from
five (5) structures located in the City of Waterloo, Iowa:

820 Sycamore St.

113 E. 8th St.
1024 Sycamore St.
We require an itemized quote that is to be totaled. This will also require immediate
DNR notification.
1. Bid must be SIGNED and bear the official title of the person signing.
2. Bidders must be prepared to proceed as soon as possible, time is of the
essence.
3. Bid must be submitted SEALED in an envelope addressed to:
