RESOLUTION NO. 2005-908
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR ASBESTOS REMOVAL OF
STRUCTURES CONNECTED WITH RIVERFRONT
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 123-AR-10-
17-05 EDA.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Contracts
and Grants Coordinator, to prepare and file plans, specifications,
form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
construction of the Asbestos Removal of Structures Connected With
Riverfront Development Project, Contract No. 123-AR-10-17-05 EDA,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, the Contracts and Grants Coordinator has filed said
plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
of costs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 2005 .
