RESOLUTION NO. 2007-920
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE ASBESTOS REMOVAL,
CONTRACT NO. 129-AR-11-12-07-GO.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Contracts and Grants Coordinator, to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc. , for the Asbestos Removal, Contract No. 129-AR-11-12-
07-GO, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Contracts and Grants Coordinator has filed said
plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate
of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, . THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October, 2007 .
