RESOLUTION NO. 2008-726
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
ASBESTOS REMOVAL, RATH ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING, CONTRACT NO. 131-AR-09-2-08-GO.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-725, plans, specifications,
etc. , for Asbestos Removal, Rath Administration Building,
Contract No. 131-AR-09-2-08-GO, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this .Council that the said improvements
be constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2008 .
