RESOLUTION NO. 2009-263
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
ASBESTOS REMOVAL FOR 181 EAST 10TH STREET,
116-118 EAST 8TH STREET, 1218 SYCAMORE
STREET, 218-220 AND 222-224 WEST 2ND STREET,
CONTRACT NO. 133 AR 04 13 09 GO.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2009-262, plans, specifications

form of contract, etc . , for Asbestos Removal for 181 East lot
Street, 116-118 East 8th Street, 1218 Sycamore Street, 218-220
and 222-224 West 2nd Street, Contract No. 133-AR-04-13-09-GO, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2009 .
