homes on Argyle Street, homes currently under contract for Demolition. They are:

Staff requests that the contract be awarded to August Enterprises, L.L.C, as the lowest
responsible, Staff also seeks authorization for the City Council to execute a contract with
August Enterprises, L.L.C.
