RESOLUTION NO. 2013-986
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO TRUCK COUNTRY OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE
(1) 2014 PARKS TRUCK WITH CHIP BOX, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $123,620.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Truck Country of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in the
amount of $123,620.00, in conjunction with the Purchase of One
(1) 2014 Parks Truck with Chip Box described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase with Resolution No. 2013-961, after public hearing on
November 18, 2013 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November, 2013.
