RESOLUTION NO. 2007-701
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM KWS, INC. OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, FOR BROADWAY STREET
TRAFFIC DETECTOR LOOPS, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of KWS, Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa, for Broadway
Street Traffic Detector Loops, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and
the City Clerk as of the 20th day of August, 2007, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by United Fire and Casualty Company of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 2007 .
