RESOLUTION NO. 2007-436
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH BROADWAY
STREET TRAFFIC DETECTOR LOOPS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the Broadway Street Traffic Detector Loops, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file
said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
Broadway Street Traffic Detector Loops, which were preliminarily
approved on May 14, 2007, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 4,
2007 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Broadway Street Traffic Detector Loops,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 2007 .
