RESOLUTION NO. 2007-379
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING BID
DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR BROADWAY STREET TRAFFIC
DETECTOR LOOPS.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file bid
documents, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. , for the Broadway Street Traffic Detector Loops, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
said bid documents, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid documents, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of May, 2007 .
