RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FROM FLOOR
DECOR OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR CARPET
REPLACEMENT FOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE AND
CARPET AND TILE REPLACEMENT FOR SECOND FLOOR
OF CITY HALL, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Floor Decor of Waterloo, Iowa, for Carpet
Replacement for Human Resources Office and Carpet and Tile
Replacement for Second Floor of City Hall, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 1st day of June, 2009,
as surety thereon, be, and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 2009 .
