RESOLUTION NO. 2008-572
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE COLLECTION STORAGE,
PHASE I FOR THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Director of Cultural & Arts Commission
of said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Collection Storage, Phase I for
the Waterloo Center For The Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Director of Cultural & Arts Commission did
file said preliminary specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , for the Collection Storage, Phase I for the
Waterloo Center For The Arts, which were preliminarily approved
on June 23, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 7,
2008, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Collection Storage, Phase I for
the Waterloo Center For The Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2008 .
