RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO OSDI
OF DES MOINES, IOWA, FOR COLLECTION STORAGE,
PHASE I FOR THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $68, 328 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of OSDI of Des Moines, Iowa, in the amount of
$68, 328 . 00, for the Collection Storage, Phase I for the Waterloo
Center For The Arts, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said purchase, after public hearing
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted,
the same being the lowest bid received for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July, 2008 .
