RESOLUTION NO. 2008-561
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR PHASE I COLLECTION
STORAGE FOR THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Director
of Cultural & Arts Commission, to prepare and file
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , for Phase I
Collection Storage for the Waterloo Center For The Arts, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Cultural & Arts Commission has
filed said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,
and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered
the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, bid document, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 2008 .
