Subject: Collection Storage System
We are plea to submit the finalized design and proposal for the art storage limb A,B&C. These plans and proposal are
based upon further review and rmdificatims to the original plan and solution designs.
Solution Overview
Wehae selected the Spacesavtr Frlipse Papered.Mobile Storage Systuns for all the high density requirements. The Frlipse
will provide controlled nm ernent of all the collections, automatic in aisle safety features and tie ability to utilize optional
fircticnality sun as priority aisle, fire park, systenauto cycle, syste n1tilaticn park and system closed park. All systerrs
are equipped with roller guide roller bearing guidance and syncro-drivewhrel systan to provide the srru>tlEst, shock fiwmwerrent
of the carriages.
The storage striving on tie carriages is Spacesatier Case Typeboltless shelving. This typ✓of shelving will provide fully
adjustable slrlves on 11/2"vertical inerrant. The design of case slelving will also aft a wide variety of optional tents
such as rollout dravNers,hanger bars, specialty racks and bin dividers.
The Spacesaver Art Rack System includes a Frlipse Pcwexed Mobile carriage system. A doubt sided steel art rack wire
semen parrl with canopy tops. The end of each carriage has a 4' high steel end pawl with a handle. The scri panels are
designed to support suspend objects (flat art, sculptures,etc.).
Investment
All luaus include all prodrrt costs, installation, freight, and drayage and installation team travel expenses. S ales tax is not
irrl ucled and will be added if required. M S RP (manufacturers suggested retail price)is shoAn with not for profit organization
discount and installation delivery fees. Installation has also been discounted to reflect ourmaxinzn red cticxn for non-profit
organizations. We have provided all the its that will be required to install the project. In the event of unforeseen delays or
additional labor required heyurl our mnttol a supplemental charge may tr added. This charge will be identified and quoted prior
to any work Ding conducted or cost being irruried.

1. The mobile system all inclnol-a plywood sub-floor and entry ramp. The surface of this will be unfinished in terms of
cart, tile or any sealant. It will be the customer's responsibility to provi±such prodwts. OSDI can arrann and
sub-contract this for an additional fee.
2. 'Fir installation site will need tote prepared to accept-dr installation. Clear of debris or stored materials.
3. A loading dock will be required to unload the product from the freight carrier's trailer. If a dock is not available a
fork lift truck will be required to off load de freight. OSDI staff will piu&h the carts and labor to bring tie product
into the building. If a fork lift truck is unavailable OSDI can provide ore for an additional fee.
4. Tit rrncbile system are paled and will require electrical junction apes located in a specific location in each roan.
This junction box will need to be installed by an electrician per our specifications and orientation requirements.
5. All media will be loaded by WCA staff. O SDI staff will not handle any pieces of the oollecttii n at anyt e. All
pieces in the Iuflb prior to installation shall be rammed by WCA staff.
6. Any additional lighting required ore tie installation is couplet-rid will be provided by WCA.
7. Electrical Pam required by installation tear for tools will need to lie available in each roan.
8. Water supply will be required by installation tear for rail grout.
9. All trash and debris will be disposed of by OSDI staff in a dunnpster provided by WCA.

Spacesaver, sells directly through their reps. For this reason, I am not able to provide pricing that would

OSDI out of Des Moines is the regional distributor of the Space Saver brand.
We procure our product through them, if they are serving you directly, then we would be unable
to be competitive on pricing.
The draw back is that your sales and any future service are going to also come out of Des Moines.
