RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1014
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE COLLECTION STORAGE FOR
CENTER FOR THE ARTS, PHASE II AND PHASE III .
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-1013 , Specifications, Bid
Document, etc . , for the Collection Storage for Center For The
Arts, Phase II and Phase III, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have
been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by statute .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase is
necessary and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2008 .
