RESOLUTION NO. 2013-987
RESOLUTION APPROVING THIRD TOLLING AGREEMENT
WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, ENVIRONMENT
AND NATURAL RESOURCES DIVISION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Third Tolling Agreement dated November 25, 2013, in
conjunction with the City's sanitary sewer system and wastewater
treatment plant, by and between the U.S. Department of Justice,
Environment and Natural Resources Division and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day November, 2013.
