RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE FROM SERVICE
ROOFING CO. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE
WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS 2009 ROOF
PROJECT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Service Roofing Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the Waterloo Center For The Arts 2009 Roof Project, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the llth day of May,
2009, be and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of May, 2009 .
