RESOLUTION NO. 2009-349
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO
CENTER FOR THE ARTS ROOF REPLACEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the Waterloo Center
For The Arts Roof Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Waterloo Center For The Arts Roof
Replacement, which were preliminarily approved on April 6, 2009,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 27,
2009, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Waterloo Center For The Arts Roof
Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 2009 .
