RESOLUTION NO. 2009-303
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS 2009 ROOF
PROJECT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE
TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS APRIL 27, 2009,
AT 5 : 30 P .M. AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 27th day of April, 2009, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
Waterloo Center For The Arts 2009 Roof Project, in the City of
Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2009 .
