RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1124
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH VJ ENGINEERING AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 15, 2008,
at a design cost of $6, 500 . 00 and inspection service cost not to
exceed $3, 500 . 00, for roof repair or replacement at the Waterloo
Center For the Arts, by and between VJ Engineering of Cedar
Falls, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 2008 . .

Ward 5 The Center for the Arts is the last major building to complete. The section above
