RESOLUTION NO. 2005-468
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, BIDDING
DOCUMENT, ETC. , FOR CLEANING CONTRACT FOR
CITY HALL, CARNEGIE ANNEX AND POLICE TRAINING
CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building
Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare specifications,
form of contract, bidding document, etc . , for the Cleaning
Contract for City Hall , Carnegie Annex and Police Training
Center, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the plans,
and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, form of contract, bidding document,
etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract,
bidding document, etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2005 .
