RESOLUTION NO. 2005-469
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
BIDDING DOCUMENT, ETC. FOR THE CLEANING
CONTRACT FOR CITY HALL, CARNEGIE ANNEX AND
POLICE TRAINING CENTER, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AS
JUNE 13 , 2005, AT 5 : 30 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 13th day of June, 2005, for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on specifications, form
of contract, bidding document, etc . for the Cleaning Contract for
City Hall, Carnegie Annex and Police Training Center, in the City
of Waterloo and the taking of bids .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2005 .
