2. The "Table of Task" schedule has been attached and is part and partial of
the addendum.
3. It is the responsibility of the bidder to visit site to verify all conditions and
areas to be cleaned. Contact person: Brad Hagen @ 291-4483.
4. Bid sheet shall include hourly rate for Airport worker, with monthly total.

Customer contract agreement: 1st Shift—Tuesday through Sunday (6:00
A.M. to 2:00 p.m.)
TABLE OF TASKS
*FIRST SHIFT — DAILY
1. Two-hour intervals:
A) Check restrooms for supplies.
B) Clean restrooms thoroughly (sinks, stools, urinals, mirrors, stalls
and cabinets).
C) Clean glass, phones, machines, display cases and furniture as
needed.
2. Second Floor:
A) Dust mop and wet mop all tile floors (including both sets of steps).
B) Spot clean walls in all areas as needed.
C) Vacuum and clean elevator, cleaning tracks.
3. Airport Offices and Conference Room:
A) Dust all furniture, polishing all wood surfaces.
B) Empty all wastebaskets.
C) Vacuum all carpeted areas.
D) Edging should be done weekly.
— E) Wash interior windows once a month, spot clean daily.
4. General:
A) Pick up trash at front and sides of terminal building.
B) Empty and clean all ashtrays located outside entrance doors.
C) Vacuum all entryways.
D) Dust mop/wet mop as needed.
E) Spot clean all entryway glass of prints.
F) Clean passenger holding area—vacuum, dust, spot clean glass.
G) Vacuum passengers' walkway to plan as needed.
H) Vacuum all carpeted areas.
I) Spot clean carpet as needed.
J) Clean and polish all water fountains.
K) Clean all kick plates and polish.
5. End of shift: Restrooms
A) Check restrooms for supplies--all dispensers should be full.
B) Clean sinks, urinals, stools, stall / spot clean walls.
C) Empty trash.
D) Sweep and damp mop tile floor.
6. Windows:
A) Wash all interior windows weekly or earlier as needed.
B) Wash passenger holding area glass inside and outside weekly.
Spot clean daily.
C) Wash exterior windows (main level) monthly.
