RESOLUTION NO. 2013-990
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated November 25, 2013, in an
amount not to exceed $55,500.00, for the addition of electrical
upgrades, heating, ventilating and air conditioning improvements
in conjunction with the Waterloo Easton WPCF Belt Press Addition,
Contract No. 697, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc.
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of November, 2013.
