RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO LEHMAN
TRUCKING AND EXCAVATING INC. OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, FOR GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND DEMOLITION
CONTRACT, CONTRACT NO. 137-D-GO-04-05, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $20, 390 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Lehman Trucking and Excavating Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $20, 390 . 00, for General
Obligation Bond Demolition Contract, Contract No. 137-D-GO-04-05,
be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received
for said project .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 2005 .

On April 5, 2005 bids were opened for the GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND
JOHN A. DEMOLITION CONTRACT No. 137-D-G0-04-04-05, with Lehman Trucking and
KINCAID ExcavatingInc., of Waterloo, Iowa, as the apparent low bidder.
