Ward 3 During the removal process at 205 Walnut Street, Bickley House-- the contractor
IoF1N A. detected additional amounts of asbestos, which is not uncommon in a structure of
KINCAID this age and condition. Accordingly, staff is seeking authority to approve a
Ward 4 change order in the amount of $918.00 to cover this unanticipated, additional
expense. A copy of the proposed Change Order is attached hereto.
