On August 19, 2005 bids were opened for the GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND
CLARK DEMOLITION CONTRACT NO. 139-D-G0-08-19-05, with Frickson Brothers
Excavating, of Evansdale, Iowa, as the apparent low bidder.

the lowest responsible bidder, Frickson Brothers Excavating, of Evansdale, Iowa, in the
amount of$36,000.00.
