AND

Locally known as 520-522 Archer Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa.
AND

Locally known as 1228 Columbia Street, Waterloo,Iowa.
All subject to: (a) easements, conditions, and restrictions of record. (b) general utility
and right-of-way easements serving the property and of record, and (c) restrictions
imposed by local zoning ordinances and other applicable law.
This is a deed from a political subdivision that is exempt from transfer tax,declaration of value,
and groundwater hazard statement pursuant to Iowa Code § 428A.1(2) and Iowa Code § 428A.2(6).
The grantor hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, to warrant and defend
the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by,through, or under it, except as may
be stated above.Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in
the singular or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
