RESOLUTION NO. 2006-505
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT NO.
141-D-GO-02-10-06 TO PROVIDE FOR DEMOLITION
OF HOME AT 520 MOBILE STREET AND AWARD OF
CONTRACT TO LEHMAN TRUCKING & EXCAVATING OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $8, 500 . 00 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Addendum to Contract No. 141-D-GO-02-10-06 to provide for
demolition of home at 520 Mobile Street, and award of contract to
Lehman Trucking & Excavating of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of
$8, 500 . 00, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the city of Waterloo,
Iowa.
. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June, 2006.
