DEMOLITION GROUP 141-D-GO-02-10-06
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
DATE: February 2, 2006
BIDS DUE: February 10, 2006 - 3:00 p.m.
All bidders submitting a bid on the above contract shall carefully read this
Addendum and give it consideration in the preparation of their bid.
Due to the overall nature of the construction of the home at 642 W. Donald
Street, the Plans and Specifications are hereby amended to require the
removal of the entire foundation instead of the standard four (4 ft.) below
grade.
Plans and Specifications for the other structures remain in full force and
effect.
\ny revisions to any of the Contract Documents made by this Addendum shall be
'nsidered as the same revision to any and all related areas of the Contract
cuments not specifically called out in this Addendum.

space provided in the Bid Form, Item 5, Page BF-2.
