RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH CENTRAL
STATES CONTRACTING OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE
DEMOLITION OF HOMES AT 4040 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE
AND 4104 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BEING CONTRACT NO. 142-D-GO-
02-24-06-VGM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Central States Contracting of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the Demolition of Homes at 4040 Ansborough Avenue and 4104
Ansborough Avenue, Contract No. 142-D-GO-02-24-06-VGM, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 3rd day of April, 2006,
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 2006.
