RESOLUTION NO. 2006-1071 RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF.CONTRACT TO LEHMAN TRUCKING & EXCAVATING OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND DEMOLITION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 145-D-GO-11-27-06, IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,025.00. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That the bid of Lehman Trucking & Excavating of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $24,025.00, for the General Obligation Bond Demolition Project, Contract No. 145-D-GO-11-27-06, described in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract with the said contractor for said improvements. PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of December, 2006.
