JOHN A. Staff is recommending award of the above referenced contract in the amount of $42,455.00, to
KINCAID Lehman Trucking and Excavating, Inc., the low bidder as reflected in the enclosed bid
Ward 4
tabulation. Staff is also recommending the Council authorize execution of the submitted
RON contract by the Mayor, his designee, and any others authorized to execute contracts or attest to
WELPER them. Upon Execution, Staff will prepare a Notice to Proceed with anticipated completion

date.
