RESOLUTION NO. 2007-703
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH LEHMAN
TRUCKING AND EXCAVATING, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated August 20, 2007, in the amount of
$42, 455. 00 for General Obligation Bond Demolition Project,
Contract No. 147-D/AR-GO-08-06-07, by and between Lehman Trucking
and Excavating, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 2007 .
