RESOLUTION NO. 2008-1035
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2008 DOG PARK FENCING
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the 2008 Dog Park Fencing Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
the 2008 Dog Park Fencing Project, which were preliminarily
approved on November 17, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 1, 2008 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the 2008 Dog Park Fencing Project, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 2008 .
